Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

Come as you are!

At CrossView, we keep things casual and welcoming. You’ll see people in jeans, t-shirts, and everyday wear—so dress comfortably and be yourself.

What is the worship like?

Our worship is modern and focused on praising Jesus. You can expect contemporary worship music that’s heartfelt, engaging, and creates space to encounter God together.

Where do I go?

We meet at Kentucky Wesleyan College’s Jack T. Wells Activity Center! When you arrive, park in the lot off Frederica Street and follow the posted CrossView signs—they’ll guide you right to the entrance each Sunday.

We also meet on Tuesday nights at 6pm at Apollo Heights Baptist Church (2322 Tamarack Rd) for a time of community, teaching, and connection. We’d love to see you there!

Is CVC affiliated with a denomination or group?

Yes! CrossView is a Southern Baptist Church, supported by the Kentucky Baptist Convention and Life Community Church through the Daviess–McLean Baptist Association. We’re grateful for the partnership and support that help us carry out God’s mission in our community.

Is there Sunday School?

We do not have a traditional Sunday School program, but we do offer CrossLife Groups (small groups that study the Bible together). Some meet at various times to accommodate the busy lives of our members and regular attenders. Connect with us for further details on CrossLife groups.

Is there anything for kids?

Yes—we have something for every age!

👶 Nursery is available every Sunday for children 3 years old and under.

🧒 CrossView Kids is for children ages 4 through 3rd grade and meets every Sunday except the 4th Sunday of the month, when we celebrate Family Sunday and kids worship with their families.

🧑‍🎓 CrossView Youth meets on Tuesday nights for middle and high school students, offering a fun, safe environment to grow in faith, build friendships, and follow Jesus together.

Your child’s safety is extremely important to us. All nursery, kids, and youth volunteers have completed background checks, so you can feel confident your family is in loving, trusted care.
